Took a random diversion for a temple that I spotted on a cliff. Road beyond it led to a beach with literally nobody on it. Had the entire Arabian Sea to myself for 1 hour. This is exactly why I don't travel in groups.
Sitting on the bridge wall with my feet on the rear tyre and the speaker playing my songs. Ocean underneath. Boat lights in the distance. Just being grateful for being here, and then a shooting star goes by. Then another one. I made a wish. Won't come true. But still.
WATER. SO MUCH WATER. Standing here with my feet in the sand, waves pulling the ground from under me, and I genuinely cannot process how endless this thing is. First time seeing the ocean and I already don't want to leave.
Sipping chai after fueling up the rental car. The music sounds 11/10 on the aftermarket speakers in the car. Sometimes the rental gods are kind. Super excited to see the ocean and beach for the first time!
